From Pain to Purpose
I know what it feels like to be unheard.
My journey wasn't easy. Navigating the medical system as a "fat girl" meant fighting to be taken seriously. But that struggle shaped my philosophy.I believe weight is just a number, not a definition of health. My goal is to help you find your strength, manage your pain, and move with freedom—regardless of what the scale says.
The Challenge
For years, my chronic back pain was dismissed as a weight issue. I was gaslighted and blamed, leaving me to suffer in silence without a diagnosis.
The Turning Point
In 2017, as a physiotherapy student, I took matters into my own hands. I discovered that while exercise helps, Yoga heals. It became my bridge to recovery.
The Reality
Diagnosis came later—a rare inflammatory spinal condition. But by then, I had already found my strength. Today, I am stronger than ever, living proof that you are more than your diagnosis.
